THE ROYAL WEDDING GOWN

Catherine Middleton (Kate) as she is fondly called married Prince William this morning at Westminster Abbey, I predicted from the very beginning that the house of Alexander McQueen would design the Royal wedding dress, well the cat is out the bag now as it has been confirmed that indeed Sarah Burton the creative director of the house of McQueen designed the dress, The gown, designed by Burton, is done in modest silk gazar and features a long, intricate Chantilly lace sleeves.

At first I was disappointed with the gown, but now that I have seen every angel of it, I must say I love it, I love the simplicity of it as it is not ostentatious on her part, this speaks volumes. Both Kate and William seem to be a no frills type of couple…I personally love that, like the simplicity of Prince Charles.

From all reports the house of McQueen is being swamped this morning as everyone wants a piece of something from the designer of the Royal wedding dress.

GOOD JOB INDEED SARAH BURTON…

  3. She reminds me a bit of Carolyn Bessette Kennedy, you can never be too rich or too thin...but she seems genuine...I hope they have a truly happy life together!!!
